This summer, The Richwood Bank team is providing 4 lunch & learn style sessions, revealing how the 4 Keys of Richwood Bank- Trust, Friendliness, Style, and Efficiency, guide our actions and decisions, to help us provide the type of service our customers deserve. Join us at any or all of the sessions, to learn how these concepts can be put into action in your business, to optimize your customers’ experiences.
- Chief Operations Officer Becky Dinovo will speak to efficiency by walking through the importance of project management.
- Chief Experience Officer Heather Wirtz and HR Managers Christy Jacobs & Cris Hornick will focus on Friendliness, why it matters not only for your customers, but also for your current and prospective employees.
- Members of our IT, Security, and Operations Teams will gather to present on Trust; how we focus on establishing and keeping trust through a multifaceted approach, and where we’re moving in the future as we continue to mitigate risk.
- Leaders of the Valued Service lines present “Style is substance, Why how you do what you do is the only thing that matters.” Focusing on a presentation that is sure to entertain and leave you with plenty of usable takeaways for your business.
