Our Board of Directors and Executive Officers are all local individuals who have ongoing involvement with the people and businesses Richwood Bank serves.

Kyle is the owner/director of Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home. He has served as Chairman of the Board and now participates in the Bank's Loan and IT Steering Committees.

Chad is the President/CEO of Richwood Bank. He's been with the bank for 28 years, serving in roles such as teller, bookkeeper, controller, and CFO. Chad is a certified CPA and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. He is a graduate of North Union High School and Ohio Northern University, where majored in Finance and Accounting.

Jean was a co-owner of Parrott Implement in Richwood, retiring in 2021. She current serves as Secretary of the North Union Athletic Committee and has been the Leesburg Township Zoning Clerk for the past 15 years. She is a graduate of North Union High School and Marion Technical College.

Mark retired as the President of Conrad, Leibold, Woerner & Co a certified public accounting firm in Marysville. He serves on the Loving Care Hospice financial board and has been active with the Union County Junior Fair and 4-H for many years. Mark has served as Chairman of the Board for Richwood and now serves on the Audit Committee.

William served as the Director, President, and CEO of Home City Financial Corporation. He is a lifetime resident of Clark County, graduating from Tecumseh High School and Wright State University. Bill is a certified public accountant.

Darin works for his family farm, Hardscrabble Farms, which produces certified organic crops, various grains, and hogs. The business is also heavily involved in soil & water management activities. Darin is a graduate of Buckeye Valley High School and The Ohio State University's Agriculture Technical Institute.

Maggie is the Owner/Operator of the Village Mart Marathon in New California. She is an active member of the Ohio Marketers & Convenience Store Association, the Jonathan Alder Athletic Boosters, Jonathan Alder Jr High & High School PTO, Integrity Athletics Booster Club, and a former member of the Jerome Township Community Zoning & Planning Committee.

Mark is a Certified Financial Planner and serves as partner and co-founder of Beacon Hill Investment Advisory. He resides in Bellefontaine and serves as the Bellefontaine City Treasurer as well as a member of the Board of Education for Bellefontaine City Schools. He's a former three-term City Councilman and Finance Committee Chair. During his time on the council, Mark drove innovative strategies such as TIF Districts, which capture real estate taxes for the purpose of infrastructure improvements.

Sarah Wiley is a consultant at Kaiser Consulting based in Powell, Ohio, she uses her expertise in accounting, finance, operations & technology to partner with clients on business solutions. She attended North Union High School and graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor in Business Administration with dual Finance and Pre-Law majors.

Ian Evans is a distinguished partner at the law firm Evans, Evans & Hoffman LLP, which is located in Richwood, OH. He holds a degree from Kentucky Christian University and a law degree from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ian has also served his community as a member and acting chair of the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County and the Bridges Community Action Partnership.
