Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation

When your business is ready to move forward, we don’t throw up roadblocks — we look for ways to green light the opportunity.

Real Estate Loans

Buying, building, or refinancing? We finance a wide range of properties — including single-family rentals, multifamily housing, retail and office space, warehouses, hotels, and other commercial real estate.

Whether you’re purchasing your first investment property, developing a new location, or restructuring existing debt, we’ll tailor the loan to your goals and timeline.

Commercial Line of Credit

Business cash flow isn’t always predictable. A Commercial Line of Credit gives you flexible access to working capital when you need it — for receivables, payroll, inventory, seasonal swings, or unexpected expenses.

Draw what you need, when you need it. We’ll structure it around how your business actually operates.

Commercial Equipment Loans

The right equipment keeps your business moving. We finance vehicles, construction equipment, manufacturing machinery, medical and professional equipment, technology systems, and more — new or used.

If it helps you operate more efficiently or grow, we’ll help you secure it with a payment structure that fits your budget.

Equipment Leasing

Leasing can help you acquire equipment without tying up capital. With fixed payments and flexible terms, you can preserve cash flow and upgrade as your needs evolve.

From office technology and specialty vehicles to large-scale machinery or facility improvements, we’ll build a lease that supports how you work today — and where you’re headed next.

And More…

Not every loan fits neatly into a category — and that’s okay. If you need financing for your business, we’re always happy to have a conversation.

From unique projects to one-of-a-kind opportunities, our local lenders are used to thinking creatively and structuring solutions that make sense. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, give us a call. There’s a good chance we can help.

Commercial Loan FAQs

How soon can I expect to have a decision on a loan application?

It depends on the type and complexity of your loan. Once we receive your inquiry, you’ll hear from a Loan Officer the same day or next business day. We’ll talk through your goals and give you a clear timeline based on your specific request.

Because decisions are made locally, you’re working with someone who understands your business and can keep the process moving. Some loans can be decided quickly. More complex requests may take a little longer — but you’ll always know where things stand.

Why can't I fill out a loan application online?

We believe lending works best as a conversation, not just a form. Every situation is a little different, and a one-on-one discussion with a Loan Officer helps us understand your goals and structure the loan the right way from the start.

We’re happy to meet in person at a time that works for you. And if you’re a returning customer, we may be able to handle much of the process by phone or email.

Do I need an appointment to meet with a loan officer?

While there’s typically someone available to help, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you have dedicated time with a Loan Officer. That way, we can be fully prepared for your visit and respectful of your schedule.

You’re always welcome to stop in, but setting an appointment helps us serve you best — and saves you valuable time.

Can my loan payment be automatically deducted from my account?

Yes. We can set up automatic payments from your Richwood Bank account or from an account at another financial institution. Just let your Loan Officer know your preference, and we’ll take care of the details — making it simple, convenient, and one less thing for you to think about each month.

Do your loans have prepayment penalties?

We offer loans with and without penalties for prepayment. One of our loan officers can assist in getting you in a product that works best for your needs.

What is the advantage of amortizing over a longer term?

If you amortize over a longer term, your required payment will be lower. You can always budget to pay more, and since there are no prepayment penalties, you will pay off your loan sooner and save on interest charges.
