Our Board of Directors and Executive Officers are all local individuals who have ongoing involvement with the people and businesses Richwood Bank serves.

Each person brings valuable insight and knowledge to the board and helps keep Richwood Bank performing at its best so we can stay centered on what is truly important; providing the best service and products possible to our communities.

Kyle Stofcheck

Member Since 2002

Kyle is the owner/director of Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home. He has served as Chairman of the Board and now participates in the Bank's Loan and IT Steering Committees.

Chad Hoffman

Member Since 2006

Chad is the President/CEO of Richwood Bank. He's been with the bank for 28 years, serving in roles such as teller, bookkeeper, controller, and CFO. Chad is a certified CPA and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. He is a graduate of North Union High School and Ohio Northern University, where majored in Finance and Accounting.

Jean Smith

Member Since 2010

Jean was a co-owner of Parrott Implement in Richwood, retiring in 2021. She current serves as Secretary of the North Union Athletic Committee and has been the Leesburg Township Zoning Clerk for the past 15 years. She is a graduate of North Union High School and Marion Technical College.

Darin Skinner

Member Since 2020

Darin works for his family farm, Hardscrabble Farms, which produces certified organic crops, various grains, and hogs. The business is also heavily involved in soil & water management activities. Darin is a graduate of Buckeye Valley High School and The Ohio State University's Agriculture Technical Institute.

Maggie Walker

Member Since 2021

Maggie is the Owner/Operator of the Village Mart Marathon in New California. She is an active member of the Ohio Marketers & Convenience Store Association, the Jonathan Alder Athletic Boosters, Jonathan Alder Jr High & High School PTO, Integrity Athletics Booster Club, and a former member of the Jerome Township Community Zoning & Planning Committee.

Mark Fissel

Member Since 2023

Mark is a Certified Financial Planner and serves as partner and co-founder of Beacon Hill Investment Advisory. He resides in Bellefontaine and serves as the Bellefontaine City Treasurer as well as a member of the Board of Education for Bellefontaine City Schools. He's a former three-term City Councilman and Finance Committee Chair. During his time on the council, Mark drove innovative strategies such as TIF Districts, which capture real estate taxes for the purpose of infrastructure improvements.

Sarah Wiley

Sarah Wiley is a consultant at Kaiser Consulting based in Powell, Ohio, she uses her expertise in accounting, finance, operations & technology to partner with clients on business solutions. She attended North Union High School and graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor in Business Administration with dual Finance and Pre-Law majors.

Ian Evans

Member Since 2024

Ian Evans is a distinguished partner at the law firm Evans, Evans & Hoffman LLP, which is located in Richwood, OH. He holds a degree from Kentucky Christian University and a law degree from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ian has also served his community as a member and acting chair of the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County and the Bridges Community Action Partnership.

Dean Blair

Dean Blair is the Executive Director of the Clark County Agricultural Society, overseeing the Clark County Fair and more than 200 annual events. A 1978 graduate of Northeastern High School, Dean went on to earn a degree in management from the General Motors Institute in 1983. He spent 34 years in the automotive industry, including leadership roles with the Ohio Auto Dealers Association and as past chairman of the Dayton Auto Dealers Association.

Dean has served on numerous boards, including the Springfield Foundation, Springview Development Center, CVB, OIC, and SBDC. He was also Director of Business Development at Kapp Construction prior to his current role. A longtime Clark County resident, Dean is also an active member of the Springfield Richwood Bank Community Advisory Board.

Tim Bolander

Member Since 2025

Tim Bolander resides in Marysville, OH. He is the President / GM of The Champaign Telephone Company in Urbana, OH, where he’s been employed for the last 17 years. Tim is also on the board of directors for The Champaign Telephone Company.

Tim has a BSIT from Ohio University, where he earned a 4-year athletic scholarship for baseball, and has an MBA from Franklin University with a focus in leadership.

Tim was also involved in the community for many years coaching youth baseball and AAU basketball, as well as coaching baseball at Marysville High School.
