Chad Hoffman is the President/CEO of Richwood Bank. He has been with the bank for 27 years and has been a loan officer, teller, bookkeeper, controller, and CFO. When he began his career with Richwood Bank, there were 24 team members at the bank, and it had approximately $70 million in assets. Today there are close to 200 team members, and the bank has assets over $1.1 billion. [ Chad is a Certified Public Accountant and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. He graduated from North Union High School and Ohio Northern University with a dual major in Finance and Accounting. [ Chad actively serves on the Union County Port Authority, the Community Bankers Association of Ohio Board, and Impact60 Board. He is a past board member of Union County Foundation, Memorial Hospital, Union County Chamber of Commerce, Delaware Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of Union County, and Richwood Area Business Association. He attends Fulton Creek Friends Church in Richwood. [ Chad and his wife, Jodi, reside in northern Union County, and have three children. Taylor is married to Jacob, Conor is married to Macie, and Jordyn is a freshman at Capital University studying nursing. Chad enjoys time with his family no matter the activity, whether it’s playing games, doing escape rooms, playing volleyball, or scuba diving near tropical coral reefs. |
