We’ve repurposed our spaces and people for safety. Here’s what you can expect when doing your banking in-branch or visiting our coffee shops.
Upon entering the branch you’ll be greeted by a Richwood Bank representative who will guide you to an open customer service representative. We have floor decals marking the proper distancing if you need to wait in line.
For security, if you are wearing a mask, you will be asked to uncover your face for our security cameras for a few seconds. A Richwood Bank representative will be available at each location to help with this security procedure.
Our coffee shop order windows are reduced to one order and pick up window to increase the space between those doing their banking and those ordering coffee. All add-ins, such as sugar, creamer, stir sticks, and straws will be kept behind the counter. Your barista will ask you if would like any of these for your order.
Our lounge areas will be open with rearranged seating for proper spacing between furniture and tables.
Coin machines will be available for use. Hand sanitizer will be located next to each machine, and we will sanitize these machines regularly between each use.
Our after-hours deposit (night drop) will resume normal hours.
We now offer online appointment setting for opening a new account! This let’s you set up a time that is convenient for you to come in to the branch. Plus, you can complete the needed paperwork online. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, there may be a wait time depending on appointment volume.
Don’t forget! You can still do your banking digitally, through our online banking portal or the mobile app. And, our drive thrus and ATMs are fully operable.
While you’re taking care of your well being, we’ll continue to take care of your financial health.
