Select what you're switching

You can switch direct deposits or ACH payments. Just tell us who pays you or who you want to pay.

Submit the switch

Once you've provided the new account information, submit the switch. Changes should take effect in 1-2 billing cycles.

Update automatic payment account details

When switching automatic payments that debit your account, it’s important to have the company’s information and your payment information handy. The process will prompt you for things like your account number, the amount of the payment, and payment dates.

View the status of your switch

With the View Existing Switches tab, you can see what switches you’ve submitted and their status. You’ll clearly see which are still in process, which are complete, and if any need follow-up actions.
