The weekend of March 15th through March 18th we will be fully converting your online banking portal into Richwood Bank. Your account data, personal information and bill payees will be saved and transferred during this downtime period.
You will be able to use your new Richwood Bank bill pay on Monday, March 18th. Please note that if you have automatic or recurring payments set up, you’ll have to reschedule the payments within your bill pay portal.
Between March 8th through March 18th you may need to use an alternative method to pay your bills, due to not have access to Bill Pay through Home City during this time. However, if there are scheduled or recurring payments set for March 8th through the 15th they will be processed.
On Monday, March 18th, you can log on to RichwoodBank.com and see your account information. To log in, use your current Home City user name. Use the last four digits of your social security number as your temporary password.
