Our employees "bleed green." We've got a dedicated team to driving positive energy amongst our workplace. We call them our BOOM Crew - Boosting Optimism, Opportunity and Mission. This group sponsors fun monthly holidays, makes sure everyone's birthday and work anniversary are celebrated, and organizes surprises to amplify our company's culture.
Each quarter, we host a Quarterly Celebration where all employees get together for dinner, prizes, and awards. We know we're only as successful as our employees, and recognizing their efforts to go above and beyond is just the start. We also award quarterly bonuses based on performance.
Our six-month extensive on boarding program gets you started off on the right foot - no matter if you're a customer specialist, barista, or in IT. Our employees are matched to a mentor throughout their first few months on the job.
