Most of us work 40+ hours a week, maybe even some weekends, surrounded by people we must, essentially, cohabitate with. In fact, we spend over half of our day at work, second only to sleep. In short, we spend a lot of time working.

The Survey
And that’s what Columbus CEO Magazine did. In July 2016, Columbus CEO partnered with WorkplaceDynamics to survey central Ohio employers to reveal Top Workplaces.
The employee survey sought responses on areas like connection, my manager, employee engagement, and more.
