Positive Pay Introductory Offer
Enroll in both Check and ACH Positive Pay by July 31, 2025, and Richwood Bank will waive the Positive Pay One-Time Setup Fees, as well as the first three months of *Positive Pay Service Fees. A Richwood Bank business checking account and Business Online Banking enrollment is required. Service will automatically renew every month and after your introductory offer ends. You will be charged at then-current rates (currently $60.00/month), unless and until you cancel. Written notification is required for termination. Termination requests received between the 1st and 15th of the month will be charged a prorated amount determined by a Product Solutions Support Representative and will be due upon termination. Termination requests received after the 15th of the month will be charged the full billing cycle. There are no refunds, except as provided in our Product Solutions Authorization Agreement. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and may be modified or terminated at any time. The Business Online Banking Service Fee is not waived as part of this Introductory Offer.
