We’re pleased to introduce you to our new Loan Officer in Huntsville, Alexis Johnson (NMLS ID 1108795).
Alexis joined the Richwood Bank family in September of 2015. She came to us after three years at PNC Bank where she was most recently a Branch Manager in Johnstown. Her time at PNC also saw her working with many teams and customers in locations including Franklinton, Grandview, Westerville, and Columbus. A native of Logan County, Alexis is thrilled to be back on familiar terrain. Her past experience and education (Bachelors Degree in Business Management & Strategic Leadership, and Finance from Ohio University) have prepared her well.
We asked Alexis to share a little bit about her decision to join Richwood Bank as a Loan Officer.
“I wanted to learn more about this specific area of banking. In my prior job, a loan was just one of the trades I was responsible for out of many responsibilities. I always felt I was the middle man in those transactions. I took this position with Richwood Bank because I feel they’re truly connected with their communities and are focused on helping every customer succeed – regardless of what they have on deposit at the bank.”

“Not only are rates still low, but I’m still new to this branch so I have plenty of attention and time to devote to borrowers. Being at an innovative place like Richwood Bank allows me to use my experience to create the right kind of loans for people. I’m enthusiastic about my employer, community, and job, so I want to help everybody. I’ve had experiences in the past where deals got messy and took entirely too long.
