An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 24, 2020
Reboot First Responders is a 12-week course designed to help First Responders, and their families, deal with moral and soul wounds caused by critical incidents in their roles. It will create a community of people who understand the extreme stress that critical incident trauma places on our first responders, and will give them improved coping for both past and future events. It has been studied and is proven to be effective in reducing anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbance, as well as increasing capacity to participate in their social roles.
Reboot is free to participants, provided by generous community support. It also includes a meal before each class, and childcare is available. Come and join us.
