Putter Around the Downtown
18 HOLE MINIATURE PUTT-PUTT COURSE AROUND DOWNTOWN
- $5 per person
- Pick up a scorecard and wristband at the Main Street Delaware tent on the corner of Sandusky and Winter Street (in front of PNC Bank)
- Completed scorecards may be returned to the tent to be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Putters and balls will be provided.
Walk A Mile In Her Shoes
FREE EVENT | Registration 6 pm | Walk 6:30 pm
The community is invited to don sneakers, sandals, or even stilettos to the 11th Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. This is a FREE EVENT, open to everyone of all ages and is a playful opportunity to raise awareness about sexualized violence toward women. It opens up discussion and identifies those agencies in place to help victims. It’s the community taking a stand to stop the violence, and literally, “walk a mile in her shoes.”
The walk will start and end on Sandusky Street south of William Street.
